If you look at your BMW in picture 4, and cover up the front end and just look at the drivers side of the car, it has a gorgeous stance, and it reminded me of the E31 when I first saw it. I have to say, styling wise, BMW wins. It manages to be aggressive enough, while still looking high-class and low key. It definately doesn't scream "Hey I'm a punk car!" like the IS300 does!
