How much over invoice for a 740i (Sorry...) (archive)

Sorry about posting here- there's more traffic on this board, so I figured that I had a better chance of getting a response than the 7 board. I plan on buying a new 740i in the next 2 weeks-- how much over invoice should I offer? I may do Eurodelivery-- how much over euro invoice should I offer if I do this? How in demand is this car? I live in westchester county in New York State. Thanks for the help. The dealer I spoke to was basically offering $3500 over-- seems to high for the last model year. Thanks for your help and understanding.
