I drove to the dealer on Saturday and struck up a casual conversation outside (while waiting for my salesman) with a guy about a Silver/Tanin Red Z3 out front...that's my color combo.

To make a long story short... the guy, it turned out, was the General Sales Manager (I found out when my salesman introduced him to me when he walked up). Nice guy! I told him I had ordered a 330i from his dealership and he was more than willing to show me everything I needed!

I have a build slot of Week 30, and everything looks good from here (I saw all of their documentation).

I am happy, but I'm still not sold on Steve Thomas. Jon at Cutter Motors in Santa Barbara is where I will send all referrals in the future. I should have ordered from him. He is honest, and will answer any question the FIRST time it is asked.
