I'd rather keep money in my pocket and have it subject to taxation than frivously spending it on depreciation of a 7 series. If you BUY the car afterwards, you are no longer getting any depreciation benefits.

Try leasing a car if you want the max tax benefit. Leasing may mean better cash flow and max tax benefit - best for business use.

If you don't care about money and like the 7 series, then disregard what I said.

: so I can deduct most of the depreciation and then buy the car for myself at the end of the lease (after most the depreciation has occcurred).

: : : Sorry about posting here- there's more traffic on this board, so I figured that I had a better chance of getting a response than the 7 board. I plan on buying a new 740i in the next 2 weeks-- how much over invoice should I offer? I may do Eurodelivery-- how much over euro invoice should I offer if I do this? How in demand is this car? I live in westchester county in New York State. Thanks for the help. The dealer I spoke to was basically offering $3500 over-- seems to high for the last model year. Thanks for your help and understanding.
