No one will have the M3 parts for the e46, until the M3 is released. And even then, it'll be a little while.

This goes for the rear lip spoiler, the wheels, the exhaust, the engine, you name it. It'll be at least November, and possible Jan or beyond, before you see any e46 M3 parts come to the e46 3-series.
