HEY I WAS HEARD THAT BMW UNDER RATED THE 323CI ACTUAL HP AND TORQUE BECAUSE OF THE 328CI IS THIS TRUE AND IF SO WHATS THE REAL HP AND WERE CAN I GET MORE INFO ON IT THANKS ALOT
