HELP: Ordering 330i soon (archive)

Hi,

I'm going to order a 330i SP soon in Austin Texas, any help with the following would be much appreciated:

1. What info should I get from the dealer before giving my deposit to guarantee that I'm going to get the car that I'm negotiating for (i.e., to avoid my slot being sold to someone else).

2. I'm torn between Orient Blue and Steel Gray, any recommendations/experience.

3. Has any of you dealt with Chris at John Roberts? Any other recommendations regarding dealing with those guys 'cause they're the only dealership in Austin.

4. Are power seats worth it and are the sports seats comfortable for someone with a lower back disc problem?
