FWIW, I saw a 323i at the dealership (Hendrick BMW in Charlotte) that had SPP and it had the new steering wheel as well as the style 44 wheels. Don't know about the power steering but neither the steering wheel nor the wheels were itemized on the options list so I guess the sports package in the 323 has been updated.
