I am looking at buying a 330xi using the European delivery option. My local dealer quoted me the standard European delivery price and said that this was a fixed amount set by BMW. Has anyone actually taken delivery in Europe and gotten a price under the European delivery MSRP? The FAQ says its possible, but I wondered what actual folks actual experiences were. He did indicate that I could negotiate a price under the US MSRP if I took delivery locally. Thanks for the help!

I know for a fact that is BS. My Dad bought an e36 M3 Convertible about two years ago and got $1500 off of Euro Delivery MSRP.
