Easy, start off with cars you CAN afford and work your way up by getting a good deal on the cars you purchase and then selling it on your own rather than trading it in. Also, don't keep a car so long so that the value is below what your initial investment was in it unless you take the monthly savings and put it aside for a down payment. I've worked my way up to a BMW this way. Started off with a Civic in college, then a 240sx, Mustang GT, Audi A4, and now BMW. I stick to a rule of never paying over $300 a month for a car payment. If I can't keep to that rule then I don't buy the car.
I pay $260 a month for 4 years on my 323i.


Just dont understand how do you guys can afford to buy a brand new BMW? I am trying to get one myself, but I just dont think I'll be able to afford it! Too expensive
