How on earth can you say the steering is dangerous. I have driven the 328Ci and 330Ci back to back. I think that the new steering is better - more responsive and better feedback. However, the difference is very small. Dangerous? How often do you drive your 330 at over 120mph - perhpas the only time a bit more concentration is needed.

If you don't like it, don't buy the car. I'm sure an awful lot of people will be happy to take over your production slot.
