The suspension is pretty nice and stiff on my standard (non-SP) 330i as well.

However, it is well worth the money to get the infinitely better Sport Seats and also the somewhat better looking rims. Honestly, the standard seats leave a little to be desired in providing good thigh support.

So to answer your question, no I couldn't find a substantial difference between the suspension alone on the 330 SP vs. non-SP. The difference was MUCH more perceptible with 2000 models when there was also a difference in the tire size.

I just want to do a little "poll" if I must...How much athleticism do I loose if I order a 330i w/o the sport package? Do I loose alot? the wheels dont get any bigger and the standard wheels come with 50 series tires, so am i right in saying that it can still get 90-95 percent of the handling prowess of a 330i w/ the sp? This is coming from someone that drives a honda accord, so will the suspension still be relatively stiff? thats all im concerned about..i dont wana bimmer that leans all over the place
