2000 323 Stereo/Battery (archive)

I am getting my 2000 323sedan soon, and I plan to put a stereo in, which I already have. what I mean is an amplifier, does anybody know if theres audio outputs from the navigation system or harman/kardon stereo? and also, what happens when I disconnect the main power from the battery and hook it back up, does it mess anything up?
