First of all, just so I don't get flamed, I have a dark skin as well.

Anyway, here's my opinion.

Most likely, the cop didn't pull you over coz of you skin. As you said, you we're in the mid-80s and braking. You also mentioned that you we're speeding 95 to begin with. I'm not against speeding, but WTF? If you're gonna speed, don't get pissed off if you get caught.

I'm just tired of people who's always thinkg they're the victim.
