I got out of my 00 328CI Sport yesterday afternoon and notice a raised bump on the tire sidewall of my front tire. I don't recall abusing my tires (like driving on curbs).

1. Any ideas what may have caused this ?

2. Probably not covered so I'll need to get a new tire correct ?

3. How long is it safe to drive on this tire ?
