I bought some Eagle One leather conditioner and used it on my 330i leather seats. Applying it was easy, simply put some on my hands, and rubbed it on the seats, much like applying body lotion to your body. Allowed it to sip in for 30 minutes. Buffed off the extra with dry cloth.

Impression:

The seats felt tacky or sticky for the first few hours and the orginal leather smell of the seats was overwhelmed by the product natural fragrance. I thought that was going to be like this (kind of worried). But following 24 hours, the original leather smell (most of it) came back into the cabin of the 330i. The seats also looked very nicely conditioned, not dry as before, not greasy or slick looking either, just looks soft now and darker tinge (black seats).
It also feels soft and not greasy at all.

Recommendations:

I strongly recommend it, if spending 2-3 times more money for Lexol does not seem palatable to some people.
