I seen the pic. It doesn't look good and re-paint is usually for scratch and paint chips. There's structural damage so most likely you'll need the part replace. YOu should ask the dealership when parts is avail and who can do the repair. The Ding King may help- i'm not a car repair man

In the mean time, so slow on the dips and bumps and don't park the front too close to the concrete cement bump.
