Soundgate is the only company out there that was making adapters to hook up Sony changers to BMWs, but I heard back from a representative there that there are severe power/heat problems with that config and they are going to stop making them (the adapters).

Your best bet is to go for a Pioneer changer. Read through my posting from last week (link included)


Since the BMW comes prewired for a CD changer can I assume I can hook in my SONY 10 disk changer in the trunk and run the changer/remote to driver compartment? Or must I hood the FM modulator into the back of the radio like I previously have done on my other cars?
