have a steptronic transmission. The Manual makes the car so much more quicker on acceleration . And the exhaust seems to sound better on a manual. With manual u can beat almost any car on the road. I am not saying that u couldnt w/ a step, but with manual it seems different. Also you have 100% control of your car/
