Had this problem since day one with both keys hence I don't think it is the battery. Windows don't always go down with key : ( 328Ci 2K. Dealer is no help. I press and hold button one. Doors unlock. Sometimes, the windows open. Sometimes the windows AND the moonroof open. Sometimes none open. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?

Have you tried unlocking the doors with one push, then letting go of the button, and then pushing it again to roll down the windows? If you are holding down the button to unlock and roll down the windows with one push, the mechanism might get confused. Just a suggestion. I did just try my car and it seems to work fine with just one push to unlock and roll, but it may not always be the case.
You might also see if your dealer would go through the process of erasing all your key and car memory features and then re-programming them. Kinda like "re-installing" the software. It seems to work for Microsoft.
