The 330 gearbox is similar to the M3, but feels smoother and more precise --I didn't think this was possible.

Incidentally, I still find myself reaching for 6th gear even in the 330.

The 330 clutch is lighter than the M3 and a bit more sensitive toward the release point. I personally prefer the M3's extra resistance and more progressive take-up.


Nice write-up...could you elaborate on how the clutch take-up and gearbox compare?
