from what i've read, and you lucky overseas f1 fans please confirm, that it's a digital pay per view service. kinda like the nfl ticket we get here on directv. except that each team get's its own set of channels, and there are multiple channels for each team for the different views, race, in-car, pit, etc. essentially, the viewer gets to control what they watch and what team they'd like to watch from.

meanwhile, us americans will have to settle for the generic race feed...a camera that seems to be stuck on the #1 and #2 cars in a given race. even the commentators for speedvision and fox sports have to watch this generic feed and commentate from it.

i don't know how much bernievision costs overseas, but i know i'd get it if it were offered in the states.

Have you noticed that the Speedvision and Fox Sports coverage rarely have in-car shots anymore? It's because they (Bernie Ecclestone) want people to pay for the Bernievision, which has complete coverage, including the in-cars coverage. I heard that it was only available in overseas markets though.
