Weight the hook can support (Stuetzlast): 75kg
Weight of a trailer without brakes of its own (ungebremste Anhaengelast): 730kg
Weight of a trailer with brakes (gebremste Anhaengelast): 1700kg

This is for the 328i and for hills up to 12% steep. For the 323i it's 75kg/720kg/1600kg
