I have used it and it is usefull. However, it does not focus on individual states per se. It is more of a general guide that helps you form a credible defense. Some states are better represented than others.

You do need to be a member to rent the kit. If you become a member they will also help you by talking with you on the phone or referring you to various experts.

Membership is $30 and well worth it IMO. After all, they are the main reason the double nickel is gone.
