Almost the same thing happened to me yesterday. A car swerved in front of me to avoid a rock in the middle of the road, I didn't see it and blam!! My rims ate the rock for dinner. ugh!

I also have 18" rims. My car doesn't pull either direction, but I'm gonna take it in to check the alignment and see if the rim was bent just in case.
