Does 325i come with Cruise Control standard? (m) (archive)

I thinking of buying my wife a new 325iT and am wondering if cruise control is optional. It seems that you need to buy it in a package.

Also, what steering wheel is standard? Do you get the multi-funtion wheel on the base car?
