I had a little car racing tests with several
of my friends. Here are the results:

Using G-tech/pro (5-6 runs/redline all the way
or before limiter cuts off gas):

SLK 230 (Auto) : 6.7x-6.3x
330Ci (Stick): 6.8x-6.7x
IS300 (Auto) : 7.3x-6.9x
Prelude (Stick): 6.8x-6.3x

I have to admit that I am having trouble to
launch my newly own 330Ci. Somehow 330Ci's
stick doesn't feel right, even I have driven
stick for years.

To my suprise, my wife SLK was launched without
doing accel/breaking trick. Looks like her car
can beat any of us, even I improve my shifting
skill (330Ci rated at 6.4s by BMW). It seems
to me that her car probably can deliver more
horse power than the "average" SLK 230 can.
