That is B.S, wax has nothing to do with that, also I noticed that, but I think that your eyes some how adjust to the color of the light and I have tested that, I drove my wife's car with no Xenon lights and I noticed the differences take you car to the dealer and have the car check, they can tell you if there is a problem or not.
