I have the PP and Rain-Sensing wipers. I love them and they work great.

They only work in the "intermittent" setting. Just make sure they are "off" when going through a car wash.

Also, they work best when you keep your windows clean. Dried on dirt makes them less sensitive to heavy drizzle. That could be a problem in low rainfall areas where road oils and soot accumulate as an invisible coating on the glass.
