Other than being close by, I think it's first come, first serve.
I don't think they need any more guinnea pig cars. They had an auto trans vehicle through there last month and have already developed auto trans software as well as tested all of the suspension stuff. The remaining items (CAI, engine software & exhaust) will be done on my car. You *might* be able to get in as a guinnea pig car if they're doing something like a turbo or supercharger kit and they don't already have car lined up.
I got in because I called their sales department in search of 330 products and the sales guy mentioned that they were looking for 330's. - Just chance.
I was wondering. I received my 330ci about 2 months ago and now it has about 3500 miles on it. I was wondering where you were from , since I want to take my car to dinan as a guinea pig too.
-thanks
but nothing on the Dinan. The reason I ask is that my car goes into Dinan tomorrow morning as the 330 guinena pig and don't know whether I should go for their intake or not. Being the guinnea pig, gets you free labor and 50% off on parts (which puts the Dinan CAI at about the same price as the ECIS).
It seems like the hybrid (ITG foam filter + ECIS kit) demonstrated the best performance. I wonder if the ECIS system could be purchased without the filter and the ITG purchased seperatly.
