These cars are designed to run at these speeds all day on the Autobahn. And driving 120mph or so is not that scary when everybody else around you is doing the same speed.

Its crazy in the USA though where you are passing other cars with a 60mph difference. It is the same thing as doing the speed limit on a highway full of parked cars!
