Hi Guys,

I'm selling my 99 328 and I have a moral if not a legal dilemma ! An uninsured driver hit my baby when it was 1 month old last year and put a major scratch (3 inches deep)..ok ok a dent..anyway a large BMW Center fixed it beyond recognition and assured me that there was no fraem damage.. I was hit at approx 5 mph by a big honkin truck !!

Do I need to explicitly declare this to a buyer or do I keep quiet and wait to be asked the question.. was it ever in an accident..? I did not receive any payment from my insurance co (other driver was uninsured, my premium was unaffected) for loss of value..

What should I do ?

Brad

PS. I'm in Chatsworth , California

PPS. I am going to ask for full KBB value as it has low miles..
