The Remus exhaust is nice but only the tips are stainless steel. The rest is galvanized. If you live in snow/salt country, I'm not too sure of the life expectancy of the muffler. The AA is all stainless steel. Either exhaust adds much extra noise since there are still two other mufflers/resonators besides the rear muffler. I have the AA exhaust and love it. Along with the ECIS intake, at full power the car makes a sweet sound. At cruising speeds, it sounds stock. I'm not sure about putting other tips over the existing tips. The tips on both exhausts are non-removable.
