Lowering car, need new shocks too? (archive)

I have a '00 328Ci with SP and I want to lower my car with H&R springs and I have several questions. What is the correct part number of the springs? I think I'm looking for the springs that were actually the "racing" springs for the sedan but have been renamed "sport" for the coupes.

Also, do I need to have the stock shocks replaced? If so, which ones should I get and how much should I expect to pay for the shocks?

I would greatly appreciate any info/advice in regards to lowering my car. Thanks.
