Payment does not include any official fees, state, local, property, sales or luxury taxes that may be assessed in your district.

Down payment does not include Security Deposit (last month's payment in New York), first month's payment, official fees or taxes.

The monthly payment above is an estimate. The following conditions apply and can have a significant effect on your actual monthly payment.

Lease:
Estimated lease payment excludes destination charges, personal property tax and title, insurance, maintenance and license fees.
