Is it that much cheaper to take euro delivery?

Isn't it true you can't lease a euro delivery car?

so adding in plane tickets roundtrip from seattle... let's say $1,000 and then hotel for a few nights.... $250

total....give or take a little.... $37,800... still a lot less than buying it here. is this what you figure? What are some of the requirements of euro delivery?
