Cheapest source for Universal Transmitter? (archive)

I'm considering getting the universal transmitter to open my garage, but the cheapest I've found it is $129 + s/h.

My dilemma is that my Genie remote fits very nicely into the button-latched center armrest compartment, and $129 seems a little extravagant for fairly minor convenience (but it would be nice!) It also doesn't help that I'm not making $200K/year like (seemingly) everyone here...

Flames about not wanting to spend $$$ need not respond.
