Hi,

Would anyone like to share positive experiences with getting DSL in SF?

I've been trying to get DSL through a company called Velocity Networks, and it's been 2 months, PacBell did their job, but now they have some bullshit excuses regarding why Covad didn't show up. So I wouldn't recommend going with them.

I need a company that can deliver....Any recommendations? I guess it all comes down to customer service -- so which is the best?
