Whatever company you order with, be ready to wait for a long time. There is just too much demand out there and DSL providers don't want to give up their customers to their customers, so they keep making excuses. I tried Pac Bell and Covad, they both gave me the run around after months of waiting. I'm so fed up that I'm going to get a cable conection from AT&T instead. Just be patient, you'll eventually get it.
