Changing interior trim, HELP! (archive)

A while back, someone posted in depth instructions with pictures on how to remove the trim on the dashboard and the doors. I believe it was also posted in E46fanatics but is no longer there. Can anyone repost it or does anyone have other recommendations/instructions on how to do it? (specially the doors).
