...apply to everyone, everyWHERE. In Maryland, I received a quote for 2000 over invoice, with all options purchased at invoice price on a 2001 330Ci. I am almost positive the 330i would be much cheaper than that, because demand is not as high for the 4-door as it is for the coupes.
