The advice posted by markjenn is sound. There are very limited retrofit options to reduce signature. As the military survivability strategists know, "stealth" derives from more than vehicle signature--it's very dependent on how that vehicle is employed. Again, markjenn's comments are right on: situational awareness is everything.
