I've had mine for just over two weeks, and I love it. It was snowing (again) tonight, and the combination of AWD and the traction control makes driving in snow almost trivial.

The power is good, as with most other 325 owners, I bought it because I didn't want to spend the extra $6k or so on a 330.

I very much recommend the Xenon headlights.
