I just got my new Car&Driver and the 325 beat out 5 other sports sedans. They also once again named the 3-series a 10 best car and I quote, “each one drives with the verve that has become a BMW 3-series Hallmark. For drivers who want to be involved with their cars, it’s hard to find a better choice.”. Nowhere in either article is the steering issue mentioned! It would seem C&D has a very short memory. Just 2 months ago the where bagging on the 330 for having light steering. I have a feeling BMW owners will be the same way.

BTW: I tangled with a SLK on the freeway this afternoon. We both took a long sweeping freeway interchange at aprox. 110mph, (Sunday afternoon, light traffic). I felt VERY confident and the steering felt GREAT! He lifted in the apex and I was gone! He looked very disappointed when I let him catch up. Poor little guy. I would not change a thing!

Sorry for posting this twice. I was just overly impressed with myself. ;-)
