FM radio stations are spaced differently n Germany (archive)

, with spacing every 9 Khz, whereas the US standard is every 10 Khz... a US spec FM receiver will pick up the stations that overlap the US preset frequencies, but miss stations that don't. I have a Becker deck that will let you set the FM receiver for US or Europe... I have no idea if the HK will allow, but I would expect it should.

Will the US Spec FM radio work in Germany, since the stations are at different frequency points on the spectrum?

Would a reprogram at the dealer take care of it??

Moving to germany soon and will take my baby...
