I have been negotiating for a lease on a new 325. I tried to close a deal this weekend. However the dealers in Phoenix were sticking to a residual of 62% for 12K 36 mo. and 60% for 15K 36 mo. The money factor was .0039 or 9.36%. This really sucks compared with Mercedes 70% at 15K 36 mo. on the new C class. Mercedes has the same (high) money factor. The discounts off sticker were a pathetic $500 off the 325 sedan and coupe and $1500 off the 330 sedan and nothing off the coupe. If you can get any more info out of the rather silent members of this board, good luck. No one wants to share their leasing numbers or they are not really sure of them. I would really like the help so that I can negotiate from a position of knowledge of the marketplace. Good luck.
