hello all,

just got back from the detroit auto show. bmw's display was great--the prototype x-coupe was quite impressive.

while i was there, i think i decided that my next car will be a 325xi wagon. i'm on the bmwusa.com configurator webpage and i'm wondering if i have to option out the car the way it does. when ordering in real life, am i able to pick out specific parts of packages, or must i order the whole package? i realize i'm being too particular, but i really like the sport seats and the bigger tires, but i don't like that three spoke steering wheel or those spoked rims.

from anyone's experience, is it possible to get the sport seats, bigger tires (with different rims) and the four spoke steering wheel? am i rightly assuming that the bigger tires will make for better handling? if i select the sport package, can i switch the types of rims or am i stuck with the radial spoke design?

if there's anyone out there with at 325xi wagon, i'd like to hear likes/dislikes and what options to/not to choose. like is the h/k radio worth it (it is in my disco, but i've heard otherwise in bimmers)? how's driving in snow? are people using snow tires or are the all seasons good enough? had any problems with awd? and all important, have people been paying less than sticker?

sorry about all the questions. i appreciate all replies from all you owners/dealers in advance.

thanks,
alex
