Porsche 911 GT2 has ceramic discs... (archive)

According to Edmunds.com, these discs reduce unsprung weight significantly (about 37 pounds). Is it conceivable that compatible aftermarket discs will be available for the 330i?

(Attention rice boys: on your next trip to Pep Boys, pick up a can of yellow spray paint: Edmunds.com said, "this system is identified by the yellow brake calipers on the GT2.")
