These are also much more resistant to heat. I don't think these are needed on the 330i... at least at the high prices ceramic rotors will cost.

If you need better braking, put the E46 M3 brakes on your car, or you can get aftermarket Brembos. I have also seen kits that will fit the Porsche 996 brakes to BMW's.

With that last statement in mind (about the 996 brakes fitting BMW's), I would assume they would also fit the E46's. Now, I'd have to assume they will require 18" wheels too (and that will ADD unsprung weight!).
