Any tips for sources of such parts? Regarding warm-up and cool-down: yeah, it seems like a lot of technology doesn't so much improve performance is it allows that level of performance to be achieved without the same level of attention and/or care. This is especially true in the world of computers (which is my area of expertise), where increased performance has mainly been used to improve development time by reducing the need to care about the quality of software.


If you are worried about unsprung weight, why not try a set of aftermarket forged (or multi-piece) alloys?
